Daniel founded Fulcrum Services after years spent inside systems that were never designed for the pressure they carried. Work that began in crypto and digital assets quickly expanded to national programs, modern vehicle efforts, and global platforms where downtime is not an option. The mission is simple: help organizations that carry real responsibility use modern technology in a grounded, measurable, and honest way. No theater. No buzzwords. Just clear systems that make the next decision easier and safer to take.
Vision
Fulcrum Services does not exist to chase every new tool. It exists to help a small number of important teams build the systems that will quietly run the next few decades. The most meaningful part of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is the ability to see your environment as a living system, model it faithfully, and test new futures before you choose one. We imagine a world where a university provost, a mobility operator, a platform executive, or a government minister can sit in front of a clear model of their domain and understand it at a glance. They can explore scenarios, see tradeoffs, and trust that the software respects both the math and the politics. Fulcrum Services exists to build those systems and to teach teams how to live with them.

Daniel Bron
Founder
Daniel Bron founded Fulcrum Services to live at the intersection of messy real-world operations and clear decision making. He has led programs for DeLorean Motor Company, building operational twins and ownership rails that keep vehicles, customers, and internal teams in sync from reservation to resale. He worked with Ukraine's Ministry of Digital Transformation on crypto rails that turned global digital donations into auditable procurement during wartime, and contributed core FastAPI services to the Resy platform inside American Express where reliability and volume are non-negotiable.
Beyond those flagship projects, Daniel helps long-standing companies such as Sajiun Electric Contracting replace paper-and-spreadsheet operations with live intelligence, co-builds legal operating systems for firms like Solidity Law, and designs crypto infrastructure controls that have safely supported hundreds of millions in on-chain volume. He is a trusted sounding board to leaders across automotive, luxury, and institutional technology who need to move fast without breaking the systems they already rely on.
